Other Claim and Risk Inspection Services

In addition to assignments received from insurance companies, we also perform claim and risk inspections for Banks, Credit Unions, Mortgage, Real Estate and Leasing companies.

Property Inspections: We photograph and measure square footage on building risks. We report hazardous conditions customer specific to each assignment. See Risk Management Services.

Floor Plan and Collateral Inspections: We perform onsite inspections at department and other stores to verify and photograph inventory and other property for claim and risk assessment. Assignments are usually on behalf of manufacturers and others which has a vested interest in the sale or security of the property.

Merchant Site Inspections: We verify the existence of new businesses that are using merchant credit card services on behalf of financial institutions. The assignments usually include photographing the exterior of the building which shows the new business signage, and completing inspection forms provided by the customer.

Constuction Site Inspections: We verify and photograph for claim and risk assessment equipment at construction sites that are loaned, rented or leased by customers that have a vested interest in the proper use and return of the equipment.

Delinquency Inspections: We attempt personal contact with individuals who are behind on their vehicle, mortgage, lease or other payment obligations. We adhere to state and federal debt collection guidelines for these assignments.

Occupancy Inspections: We verify occupancy for lenders who want to know if the person that they have on record is actually living at the property and not subleasing it to someone else. This may involve checking the name on the mailbox or intercom system and interviewing neighbors.
